TOM MAIN
Hi, I'm Tom, welcome to Train With Main.
Sport has been part of my life for as long as I can remember, but I know it doesn’t always stay that way.
I’ve trained and competed at a high level, and I’ve also lived and worked abroad for years, where routines disappear and consistency gets hard. I’ve been on both sides — fully structured, and completely disrupted.
That experience shapes how I coach today. I help people build fitness and nutrition habits that fit real life, especially when schedules change, travel is frequent, or life just doesn’t feel settled.
